Human resource manager is an integral employee of any company. Online companies also hire human resource personnel for purposes of staffing and development of online workplace policies. In as much as online companies do their work virtually; human resource department is still staffed with professionals. As a matter of fact, high level professionalism should be shown by human resource staff working for an online company than that of a physical company. But at times, the manager of human resource may find his/her job in jeopardy for one or two reasons. If your last assessment was bad, then you should know that your job might be at risk. Just have a look at the results of your assessment and see whether it is favorable.

 

  • Workload is Increased

If you are being burdened with excess work that is not even related to your line of duty, then you should take it as a sign that your job is at risk.

 

  • Your Assistant gets more Attention from the Bosses

If your assistant gets more attention that you do, then you should know that things are not working out right for you.

  • New Management

At times an online company may just decide to downsize their staff and your position be merged with another superior department. As a result of that, your job might be at jeopardy not unless you prove to them the company that your online presence is really valuable to them.
