We are seeking career-oriented candidates with interest in financial products and are determined to develop a successful sales career. The ideal candidate must be results-oriented, strategic thinker with passion for sales and trading. This position is for an FX Sales Broker whose main responsibilities will be focused around developing relationships with clients in the Middle East.

 

The FX Sales Broker uses a consultative, soft-sales approach. There is No Cold-calling involved; all leads are warm. FX Sales Brokers contact prospective clients to facilitate the learning process and drive the sales of the products and services.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Be articulate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events.

  • Possess a positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude.

  • Self-Motivated with a proven ability to manage time and information efficiently and effectively.

  • A self-directed learner, ambitious and motivated with the ability to manage in a very fast-paced environment.

  • Previous financial services sales, service employment, or financial services internships preferred but not required.

  • Team work oriented.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be Fluent in both Arabic and English (conversational, reading, writing)

  • Must be able to work 9AM to 5PM (Monday through Friday), being flexible with scheduling based off departmental needs

COMPENSATION:

  • Base salary plus potential quarterly bonuses and annual raise based on performance. Total bonus compensation can be higher or lower than the average depending on individual performance.
