Key responsibilities:

Support customers via email, phone and online chat.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions.
• Perform policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Manages day-to-day operation of the Program.
• Monitor Analyze & Optimize verification processes.
• Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Trading floor) to direct support. issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements:

  •  English as a mother tongue – A must!
  •  Availability to work evening shifts (14:00-23:00).
  •  Customer service and sales orientated.
  •  Organized, Efficient and multi-tasking.
  •  Good communication skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
  •  Fast learner, proactive, highly organized, supportive.
  •  Experience from Gaming/Forex/Binary Options companies – Advantage.
  • Resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
