An established, regulated Binary Options / Financial company in Herzliyah is searching for a new Customer Success Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

Educating customers about new and existing functionalities, best practices and overall increasing the value for the customers.
Develop a deep understanding of customer engagement to enhance customer success

 

Requirements:

2+ years Binary Options / Forex experience – a MUST!

In depth understanding of online marketing (including affiliation and media buying)

In depth understanding of marketing channels, email marketing and automated retention techniques and call center operations

Proven track record of great client relationships

A ‘people person’ with amazing interpersonal skills

Very high written and verbal English AND Hebrew

A go-getter with a CAN DO attitude

Assertive and highly self-motivated
