Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Manager you’ll be responsible for educating customers about new and existing functionalities, best practices and overall increasing the value a company delivers to its customers. You will develop a deep understanding of customer engagement and companies platforms to enhance customers success.
Your end goal is to establish a partnership with our clients based on value and ROI, based on exceptional service.

Requirements:

At least 2 years from a Binary Options or Forex operation – A must
In depth understanding of the online world and specifically the online trading world – A must
In depth understanding in online marlketing, marketing channels such as affiliation, media Buyinf etc. email marketing and automated retention techniques, call center operations – A must.
A proven track record of of great client relationships
A people’s person with amazing interpersonal skills and very high written and verbal abilities in English and Hebrew
A go-getter with a CAN DO attitude, assertive and highly self-motivated
