Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Developing objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities
  • Construct and execute effective work plans
  • Collecting and analyzing call-center statistics
  • Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company
  • Implement effective sales and retention strategies in order to exceed monthly/annual expectations
  • Responsible for the recruitment and training of new employees
  • Monitor and evaluate calls
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and coach staff
  • Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback
  • Ability to increase productivity and bottom line results

Requirement:

  • English – Mother tongue level / high level
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a call center manager in financial services or call center setting- MUST
  • Experience working with a global and multi-lingual company
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a call center manager preferably in financial services or call center setting.
  • Must be willing to stay extra hours and available to work Fridays if needed
